Step 6: Get Paid

1. Once your bank account information has been successfully added, you will receive automatic payments from JD Marketplace every pay period.

    1. The pay period is typically 30 days.
    2. For security reasons, once you submit your bank information, this field will be locked. If you need to change the bank account information later, please send an email to support-channel@jd.com and our team will update it for you.

2. Check and confirm your receivable statements.

a. Go to the “Payments” section and scroll down to the “Receivable” section.

2. Statements labelled “To be confirmed” still need to be confirmed and paid. Click on the statement you want to confirm, check to make sure the information is correct, then click “Submit”.

a. You will also see the “New Application” status here, which shows you a bill that is coming but hasn’t been finalized by JD Marketplace yet. You don’t need to do anything until the bill moves to “To be confirmed” status.

3. JD Marketplace typically generates a monthly statement on the 1st of every month.

4. After you confirm the amount on your statement, JD Marketplace typically remits payment to your bank account the next business day (estimate does not include time for payments to transfer).

5. Note: JD.com bears wire transaction fees incurred when sending payments to your account.

6. Note: The exchange rate used during remittance settlement is based on the real-time exchange rate on the day the order is placed.
