Shipping Management Rules for Shopify Merchants on JD.HK Open Platform
第一章 适用范围
Chapter I Scope of Application
1.1本规则适用于入驻京东国际开放平台shopfiy业务模式的商家。
1.1 The Rules is applicable to all merchants under the Shopify business mode of JD.HK Open Platform.
1.2 适用于shopfiy模式下商家需经配送完成交付的商品,特殊类商品另行约定发货时间以商品详情页中的描述或咚咚中协商的发货时间为准。
1.2 The Rules is applicable to commodities of merchants under the Shopify business mode to be delivered. For special commodities, the shipping time shall be agreed independently and shall be subject to the time indicated on the detail page of the commodity or agreed by the parties in Dongdong.
第二章 发货规范
Chapter II Rules for Shipping
2.1商家发货要求
2.1 Requirements for shipping
目前Shopify项目商家只支持京东物流
Currently, Shopify merchants support JD Logistics only.
2.1.1现货商品:商家收到订单后需尽快发货,确保京东海外仓 120小时内有揽件信息。
2.1.1 Spot commodities: The merchant shall ship the commodity as soon as possible after receiving the order and shall ensure that the package collection information of Jingdong overseas warehouse is available within 120 hours.
2.1.2特殊商品: 特殊商品的卖家发货时效以商品详情页标注为准。
2.1.2 Special commodities: The shipping time of special commodities by the merchant shall be subject to the time indicated on the detail page of the commodity.
2.1.3特殊时期:京东国际开放平台官方发起的促销活动及特定节假日,以京东国际开放平台通知或公告的发货时间为准。
2.1.3 Special time: In the case of promotional activities and specific holidays initiated by the JD.HK Open Platform, the shipping time shall be subject to the notice or announcement of JD.HK Open Platform.
2.1.4消费者下单后商家不得无故以商品缺货无法发出的理由拒绝为消费者发货,商家应当按照订单明细和网页商品描述打包发送订单商品。
2.1.4 After the consumer has placed an order, the merchant shall not refuse to ship the commodity on the excuse that the commodity is out of stock. The merchant shall package and send the ordered commodity in accordance with the order details and the web page product description.
2.2 商家配送要求
2.2 Requirements for delivery by the merchant
2.2.1商家应当按照消费者在订单详情中商品进行发货,应在接受到消费者订单信息后第一时间将商品送至海外集货仓。
2.2.1 The merchant shall deliver the commodity indicated in order detail ordered by the consumer, and shall deliver the commodity to the overseas warehouse immediately after receiving the order information of the consumer.
2.2.2如商家已发货,但配送存在超配送范围问题的,商家和消费者如另行约定,按约定执行;双方未约定,商家需要履行免费转运服务,如消费者同意自行提货,由此产生的自提费用由商家承担。
2.2.2 If the merchant has delivered the goods, but the delivery is beyond the scope of delivery, the agreement between the merchant and the consumer (if any) shall prevail. If the parties have not reached any agreement therefor, the merchant shall transship the commodity free of charge. If the consumer agrees to pick up the commodity by himself/herself, the expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by the merchant.
2.3 清关失败及取消订单
2.3 Failure in customs clearance and cancellation of order
2.3.1如清关失败,京东客服会触达消费者自行取消订单,需商家配合在规定时效内进行审核并配合用户办理退款;商品将由国际物流统一送回香港海关处,逆向回美国,商家自行承担物流费用、税费。
2.3.1 In the case of failure in customs clearance, the customer service staff will contact the consumer to cancel the order and the merchant shall cooperate to review the request and handle formalities for refund within the specified time limit. The commodity will be sent back to Hong Kong customs through international logistics and then to the United States, with the logistics expenses and taxes borne by the merchant.
2.3.2 商家已发货,商家商品已发出但未进入海外集货仓,消费者若申请取消订单,需要商家在24h内审核完毕
2.3.2 If the consumer applies for canceling the order after the merchant has delivered the commodity but the commodity is not stored in the overseas warehouse, the merchant shall complete the review within 24 hours.
2.2.3 商家未发货,消费者若申请取消订单,需要商家在24h内审核通过。
2.2.3 If the consumer applies for canceling the order when the merchant does not deliver the commodity, the merchant shall complete the review within 24 hours.
2.4发货包装管理
2.4 Shipping packaging management
发货包装中(包括但不限于外包装盒、内部夹页、退换货页、封箱胶等),商家可以增加京东国际开放平台店铺链接及二维码链接等信息;发货包装中不得有其他平台的店铺信息(包括但不限于链接、二维码、联系信息等),或与该店铺商品无关的信息。
In a shipping package (including but not limited to the outer box, internal folder, return page, sealing tape, etc.), the merchant can add information such as the link to the store on JD.HK Open Platform and the QR code link, etc.; The shipping package must not contain store information from other platforms (including but not limited to links, QR codes, contact information, etc.), or information not related to the store's commodity.
第三章 发货违规处理
Chapter III Handling of Shipping in Violation of Rules
因发货问题导致的消费者权益受到损害,京东除依据《京东国际开放平台商家发货管理规则》对消费者进行赔付外,将依据违规程度对商家采取如下处理:
If the rights and interests of the consumer are harmed due to delivery of the commodity, Jingdong will take the following measures against the merchant in addition to the compensation stipulated under the Shipping Management Rules for Merchants on JD.HK Open Platform.

少件、错件 Shortage and/or wrong delivery | 违规程度轻微的,每个订单扣2分,每周不超过8分。 予以警告处理;违规程度严重的,扣8分 In the case of slight violation, 2 points will be deducted for each order and 8 points deducted at maximum in a week. Warning will be given. In the case of serious violations, 8 points will be deducted. |

同时,如商家因发货问题引起监管投诉,舆情、消费者投诉等情况的,京东有权视违规程度采取包括但不限于违规商品下架、店铺清退、违约金、冻结货款等处理。
In the meantime, in the case of regulatory complaints, public opinions and consumer complaints due to delivery of commodity by merchant, JD.HK Open Platform is entitled to take such measures as unshelving commodities in violation of rules, removing the store, collecting liquidated damages, and freezing the payment for commodities considering the severity of violations.

3.1少件管理
3.1 Shortage management
商家未按照订单明细和网页商品描述打包发送订单商品,消费者投诉收到的订单商品存在少配件、少赠品,少商品等的(简称“少件”)。京东国际开放平台有权按照 《京东国际开放平台商家积分管理规则》进行处理,商家仍应将少件商品向消费者补发货或以退款形式补偿消费者
The merchant fails to package and send the ordered commodity according to the order details and the product description on the web page, and the consumer complains that the ordered commodities received are short of accessories, gifts, goods, etc. (referred to as "shortage"). JD.HK Open Platform is entitled to apply the Credit Management Rules for Merchants on JD.HK Open Platformand the merchant shall replenish the shortage to the consumer or compensate the consumer for the shortage by means of refund.
3.2缺货管理
3.2 Out of stock management
3.2.1平台认定缺货/无货的情形包括但不限于:1)订单规定时效内无揽件信息的;2)商家自主承认缺货/拒绝发货/要求加价发货的,视为缺货/无货;3)作虚假发货处理的订单在规定时间内仍未真实发货的。消费者投诉成立后,平台有权向消费者进行赔付并记责商家。
3.2.1 The out-of-stock identified by JD.HK Open Platform includes but is not limited to: 1) there is no package information within the prescribed time limit of the order; 2) The merchant admits that it is out of stock/refuses to deliver the commodity/ requests to increase the price for delivery; 3) The order that has been treated as false delivery has not been actually delivered within the specified time. After the consumer successfully makes complaint, JD.HK Open Platform is entitled to compensate the consumer and hold the merchant liable.
3.2.2京东国际开放平台不允许商家出现订单生成后因缺货而无法发货的情况发生,商家应及时查看库存并更改系统信息,下架缺货商品。如商家发生缺货无法发货的情形,需在消费者订单生成后48小时内联系消费者,需调货的,告知消费者商品的到货时间,无法调货的,需明确征得消费者同意。如因未联系消费者或因商家缺货导致消费者投诉的,京东国际开放平台将根据 《京东国际开放平台商家积分管理规则》处理。
3.2.2 Failure of the merchant to deliver due to out of stock is not allowed on JD.HK Open Platform. The merchant shall check the inventory, change the information in the system, and unshelve the commodity out of stock. If the merchant cannot deliver the commodity, the merchant shall notify the consumer within 48 hours after the order is generated. If the commodity is to be allocated, the merchant shall notify the consumer of the arrival time of the commodity. If it is impossible to allocate the commodity, the consent of the consumer shall be obtained. If the consumer makes complaint as the merchant fails to contact the consumer or fails to deliver due to out of stock, JD.HK Open Platform is entitled to apply the Credit Management Rules for Merchants on JD.HK Open Platform.
3.3虚假发货
3.3 False delivery
平台认定虚假发货的情形包括但不限于以下情形:
False delivery identified by JD.HK Open Platform includes but is not limited to:
1)商家填写了物流单号后查询不到物流信息;2)物流揽收后超时未更新;3)商家填写无效或者错误的单号; 4)上传跟实际收货地址不相符的物流单号;5)商家选择的承运商与实际上传运单号对应的物流公司不符的。针对以上情形,消费者投诉成立后,平台有权优先对用户客诉进行处理,后由商家承担全部损失。
1) No logistics information can be found after the merchant fills in the logistics number; 2) The information isn't updated beyond the time limit after the logistics company collect the commodity; 3) The merchant fills in invalid or wrong order number; 4) The merchant uploads the logistics number that is inconsistent with the actual delivery address; 5) The carrier selected by the merchant is inconsistent with the logistics company corresponding to the actually uploaded waybill number. In the case of the aforesaid circumstances, after the consumer successfully makes complaint, JD.HK Open Platform is entitled to give priority to the complaint of the user, with all losses arising therefrom borne by the merchant.
第四章 附则
Chapter IV Supplementary Provisions
4.1京东国际开放平台商家的行为,发生在本管理规则生效之日以前的,适用当时的规则。发生在本管理规则生效之日以后的,适用本规则。
4.1 Any conduct of the merchant on JD.HK Open Platform happened before the effective date of the Rules shall be subject to the rules then effective. The Rules shall apply for any such conduct occurring after the effective date of the Rules.
4.2京东国际开放平台可根据平台运营情况随时调整本管理规则并以京东国际开放平台公告的形式向商家公示;商家入驻京东国际开放平台即表示接受京东国际开放平台其后不时调整、颁布的管理规则。
4.2 JD.HK Open Platform may adjust the Rules from time to time considering the operation of the platform and disclose such adjustments to the merchants through the announcement on JD.HK Open Platform. By registering with JD.HK Open Platform, merchants acknowledge to accept the Rules as modified and issued thereafter by JD.HK Open Platform from time to time.
4.3商家应遵守国家法律、行政法规、部门规章等规范性文件。对任何涉嫌违反国家法律、行政法规、部门规章等规范性文件的行为,本规则已有规定的,适用于本规则。本规则尚无规定的,京东国际开放平台有权酌情处理。但京东国际开放平台对商家的处理不免除其应承担的法律责任。商家在京东国际开放平台的任何行为,应同时遵守与京东国际开放平台及其关联公司签订的各项协议;如有违约即视为对本规则的违反。
4.3 The merchant shall comply with the laws, administrative regulations, rules of authorities of the People’s Republic of China and other normative documents. For any alleged breach of the laws, administrative regulations of the People’s Republic of China, rules of authorities or other normative documents, the Rules shall apply if the relevant regulations are stipulated herein. Any matter uncovered in the Rules shall be filed to JD.HK Open Platform for resolution at its discretion. However, actions by JD.HK Open Platform on merchants do not exempt the merchants from the legal liability they should bear. Any conduct of a merchant on JD.HK Open Platform shall also comply with any and all agreements signed with JD.HK and its affiliates. Any default shall be deemed as a breach under the Rules.
4.4本规则于2022年5月14日发布,2022年5月14日生效。
4.4 The Rules was issued on 05/14/2022 and took effect on 05/14/2022.
